This is an absolutely beautiful handpainted bisque/porcelain figural bowl/dish (commonly called a sweet meat dish). This is in excellent condition with no apparent breaks/repairs but it does have a small crack in the bisque/porcelain where the flat part of the dish curves upward (can be seen in picture #8).

It measures 7" tall by 7.5" at the widest and is beautifully handpainted with accented trimming painted in gold. This is a Sitzendorf piece that was made around the mid 1800s as it has the two straight lines with a line through them in blue which was their hallmark used during that time period.

This piece would be considered Dresden and was probably made after the Voigt Brothers took over the factory. Thank you for stopping by our store. While you're here please take a look around as we have all sorts of treasures in here.
