Lovely antique or vintage figurine of a man. By the style of work it appears to be first half 20th century production. There is a Chelsea style blue anchor mark applied on the back.

It appears that it was applied on top of a blue crown? Mark similar to one of Volkstedt or Ernst Bohne Sohne. The figurine is skillfully hand painted. Condition: The figurine is missing two fingers. There is a small paint chip on the man's hat.
