Antique German Sitzendorf Porcelain Figures Candelabra, XIX C, Pair, 20 H
Striking pair of porcelain candelabra, from the German manufacture Sitzendorf, from the first half of the 19th century, each with 5 lights. The arms of the chandeliers are slightly curved horizontally, forming a smooth "s". Decorated with profusion of small flowers on the arms and body. The bases, guarded by two cherubs each. Manufacture brand on the base. Measurement: About 20 inches high x 12 inches wide. In good condition for its age.
I do not see any remarkable defect. Only a wing of a cherub appears to have been repaired. And the wear caused by age. But I do not guarantee that there is not a very small one that I could not see.
