CONDITION: Excellent, without defects of any kind. This porcelain pair of partridge birds was produced in Germany by Johann Karl Ens in the 1930s. It measures 11 1/2 inches long, 10 inches tall and 9 inches wide. The birds are nicely modeled with good detail.

They are hand painted in realistic colors. The male holds a pose of watchfulness, protecting his mate. It is a handsome, decorative porcelain. The Post Office requires this.
