A vibrant green tree frog mold #35017 in porcelain by Goebel, produced some time between 1979 and 1990 per W. There are no chips, cracks or scuffs noted.

Crazing is consistent across the entire piece; please see photos. Measurements: 3-1/4" wide, 2-5/8" deep, 3-1/2 tall.
