Vintage Dresden Germany 7x7x5 Lace Porcelain Seated Lady With Small Dog & Bird. The blanket under the small dog appears to have some spots of missing lace.

I have not found any additional chips or cracks. There is discolouration of the lace. Please see photos for condition details.
