Rare Vintage Candy Container Nodder Bobble Head. Santa Elf Toy Painter with Brush and Palette Made in W. Exquisite vintage candy container made in Western Germany. Santa's head actually bobbles and is secured using a spring.

1950's Christmas Figure West Germany Paper Mache Santa Nodder. Santa stands 6.5" tall and 2.75" wide at widest point.

Face is hand painted plastic, clothing and hats are burlap, hair and whiskers are cotton, arms are pipe cleaners, belt is made from a tiny rope, and body is paper mache. The head is attached to the body with a spring, so the Santa acts like a bobble head. The body pulls apart to reveal where the candy was once hidden. The paper lining inside is printed with the words "Containers Made In Western Germany". These specific candy containers are very old and rare. Wonderful Time Of The Year!
