He's painted bisque w/ nice details on. His top has multi-color buttons. He has jointed head, arms & legs. In some moment/pose, he could stand.

By himself but not stable, as picture. In good condition, no chip or crack.

Wire is rusty which cause the bisque. On the jointed areas set some rust color. His back has manufacturing flaw. (rough crack & porcelain access). Shows aged wear & patina. Right arm is a bit curve out. Stands: H: 4 3/8 tall. Please view these pics as part of the description. & you'll fall in love w/ him. All sales are as is & final.
