Antique Gebruder Heubach BISQUE Boy Baby Piano Boy in Tub Miniature Figurine. This is a lovely antique baby piano figurine.

Made in Germany, circa 1910, "Young Boy in Tub" in fine porcelain " Bisque ". Figurine depicting a young toddler boy standing proudly in the center of his small tub, blonde sculpted hair with forelock curl, painted blue eyes and brows, rounded nose, closed mouth with accented lips, fully molded ears. He has his arms proudly clasping his belly and is wearing turquoise shorts. Itis in excellent antique condition, free of damage, no chips, no cracks, no repaired, no repainted, it has been years in storage.

Cutest little addition to any collection. Heubach sunburst mark are stamped on the bottom of tub.

It has imperfections or effects of aging, normal wear and tear. Piano baby is a collector's term.

About 1880, the well-decorated home had a shawl on the piano. Bisque figures of babies were designed to help hold the shawl in place. They range in size from 5 to 18 inches. Most of the figures were made in Germany.
