Vintage German VEB Expertic Erzgebirge RED CANDLEHOLDER w ANGELS & STAR - Advent. RED FOUR ARM CANDLEHOLDER with ANGELIC MUSICIANS BENEATH THE GOLD STAR. A classic old design made by. An Expertic cooperative woodcrafting family in pre-1989 GDR German Erzgebirge. Four red arms extend from the base and hold candles in their metal cups; four classic wood formed barefoot angels with green wings sit on a platform each between candle arms and each playing a golden horn.

A gold star with spike rays fits into the center of all. Everything is wood except metal cups and horn tubing. The four arms form a 14.6 inch width which makes this candleholder ideal for use during Advent by adding greens or a wreath to make your special advent candleholder. The fifth candle can easily sit on the angel platform.
